ESSENTIALS

  • 1 cooked + peeled sweet potato

  • 2 eggs

  • ¾ cup date syrup

  • 6 tbsp flour (your choice!)

  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • ½ cup chocolate chips (dairy-free if needed)

KITCHEN FLOW

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until smooth—no clumps allowed.

  • Pour the batter into a lined baking dish or scoop it into a muffin tin for brownie bites.

  • Bake for 35–40 minutes. Don’t overbake—
    they should look slightly underdone when you take them out.

  • Let them cool. They’ll firm up into that perfect fudgy texture as they rest.
