PUMPKIN KISSES
ESSENTIALS
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 large egg
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
KITCHEN FLOW
Preheat to 350°F, line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a bowl, whisk pumpkin, egg, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla until smooth.
Add almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, baking powder, salt — stir until dough comes together.
Fold in dark chocolate chips (save a few for the top if you’re feeling extra).
Scoop dough onto your sheet, press down gently.
Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden.
