PUMPKIN KISSES

ESSENTIALS

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

KITCHEN FLOW

  • Preheat to 350°F, line a baking sheet with parchment.

  • In a bowl, whisk pumpkin, egg, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla until smooth.

  • Add almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, baking powder, salt — stir until dough comes together.

  • Fold in dark chocolate chips (save a few for the top if you’re feeling extra).

  • Scoop dough onto your sheet, press down gently.

  • Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden.

  • Let cool a bit (or not — I won’t judge)
